The impact of the rehabilitation-psychological-social three-dimensional care model on the psychological status of breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the rehabilitation-psychological-social three-dimensional care model in breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods: A total of 110 breast cancer patients receiving radiotherapy between April 2024 and December 2025 were selected as study subjects. Three cases were excluded due to voluntary withdrawal or non-compliance with the study protocol, leaving 107 cases ultimately enrolled. They were divided into the conventional group (54 cases) and the study group (53 cases) using a random number table method. The conventional group received conventional intervention during radiotherapy, while the study group received the rehabilitation-psychological-social three-dimensional care model in addition to conventional intervention.
