The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of overgeneralized memory (OGM) induced by different emotional valence cues on suicidal behaviors among adolescent patients with depressive disorders. Methods: From January 2022 to January 2025, 341 adolescent patients with depressive disorders were recruited from the clinical psychology clinics of the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of Zunyi Medical University. These patients were divided into a suicidal behavior group (n=212) and a non-suicidal behavior group (n=129) based on whether they had suicidal tendencies during clinical interviews. Assessments were conducted using self-developed questionnaires, clinical scales, and autobiographical tests. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the data.
